Pivot Table ke Values Area mein hum wo field rakhte hain jiska calculation karna hota hai.
For example, agar sales data hai:
| City | Product | Sales |
|---|---|---|
| Delhi | Laptop | ₹50,000 |
| Delhi | Mobile | ₹30,000 |
| Rohini | Laptop | ₹45,000 |
| Rohini | Mobile | ₹25,000 |
Agar Sales field ko Values area mein drag karenge, Excel automatically usually Sum of Sales calculate karega.
| City | Sum of Sales |
|---|---|
| Delhi | ₹80,000 |
| Rohini | ₹70,000 |
| Grand Total | ₹1,50,000 |
Pivot Table mein Value Field Settings ke through different calculations kiye ja sakte hain.
SUM ka use numerical values ka total nikalne ke liye hota hai.
=SUM(B2:B10)
Example:
₹10,000 + ₹20,000 + ₹15,000 = ₹45,000
Pivot Table mein:
Values → Sum of Sales
AVERAGE ka use values ka average nikalne ke liye hota hai.
=AVERAGE(B2:B10)
Example:
Marks: 60, 70, 80
Average:
70
Pivot Table mein:
Values → Average of Marks
COUNT numerical entries ki counting karta hai.
=COUNT(B2:B10)
Example:
Agar 10 students ke marks available hain, to COUNT result:
10
Pivot Table mein:
Values → Count of Marks
MAX range mein sabse badi value find karta hai.
=MAX(B2:B10)
Example:
Marks:
65, 78, 92, 84, 70
Highest Marks = 92
Pivot Table mein:
Values → Max of Marks
MIN range mein sabse chhoti value find karta hai.
=MIN(B2:B10)
Example:
Marks:
65, 78, 92, 84, 70
Lowest Marks = 65
Pivot Table mein:
Values → Min of Marks
Agar Values area mein Sum of Sales aa raha hai aur aap Average chahte hain:
Excel selected calculation ke according Pivot Table ko update kar dega.
Ek hi field ko Values area mein multiple times add karke different calculations bhi kiye ja sakte hain.
Example:
Rows → City
Values:
Sum of Sales
Average of Sales
Max of Sales
Min of Sales
Result:
| City | Total Sales | Average Sales | Highest Sale | Lowest Sale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Delhi | ₹80,000 | ₹40,000 | ₹50,000 | ₹30,000 |
| Rohini | ₹70,000 | ₹35,000 | ₹45,000 | ₹25,000 |
